fingerprint question, pls help

On Jan.7,2005, we did fingerprint, but until now there is no sign on our case. It is still said as:

Current Status:

On November 30, 2004, your fingerprint fee was accepted as complete, and processing of your case has resumed.

Do we need to call them to verify whether they receive our FP result?
