Dependent I485 approval totally depends on the approval of primary.

I heard some people got the I485 approved before the primary received the I485 approval notice, BUT, when the secondary received it before the primary, only because the primary has been ALREADY approved, just for some resaon, the letter/webupdate was delayed.
