My suggestion is to follow the i485 instruction strictly.
You may need to file other forms like ETA750 (A or B?) and
medical exam results ...
I don't think you need an employment letter although I am not
absolutely sure, coz my work was done my lawyer.

Can u share ur PD, AD dates and service center name?
