中国护照的疑问。

我的护照马上要过期了。签证页也用完了。但是还有有效的签证。这种情况是要加页还是需换新的护照？换新护照的话，原来的有效签证怎么办?

另外，中领馆的表格好像有问题。不能下载。大家知道怎么办吗？
