Many RIR applications in Texas submit LC to State Level after 3 or 4 months,no later than 6 months..usually they have at least 2 in newspaper(1 ad per month either Sunday or Saturday major local newspaper), 1 in the website, 1 inside of office.
on my point of view, one month after Ad,is too short. State Level office should issue NOF or re-test labor market if applicants are EB3 level...
Consult the lawyer to find the best suggestion please!
