Now my problem is that she is making trouble in our divorce case.
She wants me to add her in the documents for green card application and wants to become a permanent resident before we finish divorce. That means, using me to obtain her goal, having a legal status staying here.
Should I do that for her? Will it unlawful if I refused her request?
