I just check their website, it confuse me.I don't know where i should apply,currently , my kid in China. You suggest better apply in Can. I can bring him to Vancouver first, but my concern is: if he hold China's passport, any possible they will reject my application? Do you have any idea how can i find out?

Appreciate any more information.
