I am an assitant professor (tenure track) with a US phd. I got one national award for my phd dissertation and a number of papers. I filed NIW to TSC last August with 8 recommendation letters. However, I have just been asked a RFE to provide more evidence that labor certerficate should be waived. My lawyer said he did not expect this at all. HOWEVER THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME. No offense to other guys. I myself also believe my case is really strong enough for NIW. Now I am working on the case again! So be prepared for sth unexpected!
