Thanks to all! I am working with a lawyer. But you know, sometime lawyers are very difficult to be reached and they use blurry words. That's why I am asking for kind suggestions here. I do want to try both, old LC and PERM. My only concern is if it's allowed to do so. And I am not sure if it's good to discuss with my current company lawyer who is working on my PERM case. Not sure if there is any harm to my current case.

I forgot to mention. I am in california. Filed LC in 3/2002. Never heard anything afterwards. Two weeks ago, suddenly got the approval.
