NIW APROVAL but no job

I submitted NIW140 on 08/2003 (Nebraska), but I laid off on 03/2005. My NIW 140 was approved on this April. I don't have a job now and H4. Can I continue to file 485 or need a job to file 485? In this case, it is possible that my 485 would be approved?
