H-1B check clear

Hi, I have applied for H-1B and the receipt notice date is Feb 28, 2005 because my company is exempt from the quote limitation. But I haven't got my check cashed. Is this normal? When approximately was your check for application fee cashed when applying for H-1B?

BTW, I used my personal check to pay the application fee, my company does not pay the fee for me.
