我们CASE地区劳工部3月23号批了，下一步是140。律师今

天让我们去体检，并说一年左右就可拿绿卡。是不是他什么地方搞错了？我们回来一想，是不是他没考虑我们是中国人，因为公司里同时还有其他几个非中国职员一起办绿卡。人家可以140和485一起递。如果他把我们的140和485一起递上去，会有麻烦吗？什么麻烦呢？
