Reference letter: 8, 4 from committee, 1 from boss back in china, 1 from another university in US, 1 from CDC and 1 from NIH.
Publication: 8 (5 in English including one conference abstract); 3 in 2004 based on dissertation, all prestigious journals with one citation (I don't know whether the lawyer put in the package or not); 3 first author (including one in chinese).

BTW, my lawyer is pretty cool: Augustine Huang with Jerry Zhang, very nice guy, helpful, capable and response every concern.
