I-140 withdraw and transfer

My I-140 was approved a few days ago (in CSC). I also filed another NIW (I-140 and I485) in NSC about one year ago. My question is can I transfer the approval I-140 to NSC I-485 in order to reduce the pending time for I-485? Do I also need to withdraw the NSC I-140 (still pending)? If answer is yes, how can I do? Someone tell me that I have to file a new I-485 with approval CSC I-140 notice to NCS. Is that true? Thanks for any advice.
