FBI no criminal report

It is strange that I mailed two fingerprint cards ( for myself and my wife)in one evenlope to FBI, but I only received one FBI report for myself, without my wife's. Does anybody know whether the FBI mail the report to each individual applicant seperately? your experience is highly appreciated!
