No. I did not. In fact, I used premium process. It took only 3 days for the case to get approved, which really surprising me. Besides, the fee is as follows:

$185(application fee)+$750(for $1000 attorney fee

if you transfer now, you need $500 for ...(Sorry I can not remember the name, but it is charged after 3/8/2005), you can search online or ask your attorney.
