You were so unlucky.
I fully understood you.
Most of my friends got denied EB11
but approved NIW. I know NSC is the toughest one and it
always asks some strange questions. I just got the RFE for my EB11. Unfortunatelly, I did not file NIW.
According to your case, my case may be denied too.
If they say reviewing other's papers is a routine job,
how can you demonstrate the extraordinary ability? What a hell.
I am thinking to find a laywer to respond my case. Could you please tell me your lawyer's name?

I may also need to apply PR to Canada. My daughter is in
high school. I cannot return to China even if it doesn't matter for me. It's unfair for my daughter. I feel really
very tired of living abroad, sometime even hopeless.
