Medicaid harm I485?

I received applied public assistance
(WIC, medicaid) when my child was
born in 1998,now my hu*****and company sponse us for filling I485? will they do any harm on the I-485 process? delay or deny? What will happen if I answer no on question like"have you received public assistance?'
