485pending_Namecheck

I485 was filed on 03/25/2002 at NSC. It is still pending waiting for a name check clearance from FBI. This information was learned from both AILA and Senator. Unfortunately they can not provide further help at this point. I have contacted FBI several times to inquire name check status. It hs been more than 5 months since the first inquiry was made. I am very much frustrated. please help me out!
