我来美国时是J-1, 现在是H1,
什么是"nonimmigrant visa number"?
"date visa was issued",是填J-1时的日期, 还是H1的日期?
我办结婚绿卡, 先生是公民,我不知选择哪项:
A : an immigrant petition giving me an innediately available immigrant visa number has been approved
B : my spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status for spouses and children
