previous marriage infor in

My lawyer filled "none" in the box of former spouse without knowing I have
a previous marriage. I just didn't pay attention to that and didn't correct
it. My lawyer told me it is not critical since I filed EB1. I still don't
feel comfortable about it and don't know who to handle it. Appreciate your
opinion!
