从4月1日起，无论哪个州，I-485，765等都要寄到芝加哥

是真的吗？在中文报纸上看到，但移民局网站上只找到，几个州需要改寄芝加哥加密邮箱，并不包括加州。小弟有点糊涂了。本来准备周六寄的。哪位大侠能拔刀相助？
