难以启齿的问题，希望能得到答复，万分感谢！

两年前夏天我曾被charge for shop lift，在Police Station 还印了手印。在律师的干涉下，支付了两千美金罚款，法庭表示不再追究，律师也一再表明不会影响我的生活和前途，但表明我需要在一年后打电话close the case。之后搬家，我竟然把电话号码丢了。现在正在申请绿卡，接到fingerprint notice,很担心会出现问题，不知会不会影响申请。心情极度沮丧，这种事情，也不知道该问谁去。
