green cards for their parents?

I am american citizen and would like to apply for green cards for my parents (they are in China). I wonder how long it would take for them to get the green cards from the time that I submit the applications.

I am chinese and have been in the states for 10 years. I've recently become an American Citizen after having been PR for 5 years.
