permanent green card question.

I have a conditional green card by marriage for almost 2 years. Does anyone know how difficult to apply a permanent green card. Do we have to have another interview again( we had before for conditional green card)? We live in Bay area(California). We'd like to hear some informations from friendly people. Thank you very much.
