It may not be so easy as

Getting a F2 visa may not be as easy as you think.
You have to prove the marriage is true. In order to
make the case, the F1 has to go to Beijing. It might
be easier for you to try F1 again. As long as you have
sufficient financial support, you should be able to
get your F1 visa soon or later. You are so young.
Waiting for a few more months or even a year or so
is not a big deal to you.
