Any ways to get an urgent EAD?

Submitted I-140/I-485/EAD(I-765) concurrently to Vermont center last week. Need to start to work after 1 mth. Are there any ways to get an urgent EAD within 1 mth? I heard there is a policy to request for an Expedite. Can I do that?
