Thank you very much for your reaponse!i have read the webpage and it seems that i don't have to pay tax to both USA and Canada,but i am not sure i can understand the Laws well.

Any friend who has landed and retured to USA has some advices? i have a reasonable job in USA(i mean the salary is not too bad),to immigrate to canada is only a back-up plan for me.i don't want to pay thousands of dollars evry year for a back-up plan.
