Not necessary. There will have 20,000 extra H1B for 2005. But you have to wait until INS's declaration. Nobody knows when will INS make the declaration

2.如果H1不能马上申请到，我的女友还有什么办法可以工作？因为她已经没有OPT可用。

NO (if she does not want to marray a citizen)
