用了EAD. 绿卡又没有办下来,he can't get h1B.

不太明白， H1不是非移民签证吗？ 如果是因为中间有GAP， 他先转成H4可以吗？ 然后在申请H1。

once I 485 is pending 6 months, he can leave by transfering his H1B( if he wants to keep H1B).

但是我们是140/485一起FILE。 都没有批， 这样一来也行吗？那绿卡还能批吗？ 实在不想在来一遍。 好不容易拿到的LC
