关于绿卡

最近劳工想换工作, 可是140和485还没有批. 但是估计也快了.
对方公司愿意等, 但想知道要等多久.
是不是拿到绿卡立刻就可以走, 还是必须要在等几个月?
还有要是劳工暂时不能FULL TIME, 对方希望先PART_TIME. 劳工能用在原来公司办的EAD吗?
如果用了EAD. 绿卡又没有办下来, 劳工还能在新公司办H1吗?
