指纹疑问

前天终於去打指纹了，那里有两种方式打指纹，传统油墨及电脑取指纹。
当天电脑取指纹运作很正常，轮到我时，他们坚持我用传统油墨打指纹。

这两种方法有区别吗？实在不懂他们的坚持有啥道理？
