Code3 FP notice.......... Since this procedure is pretty new, its not clear whether this would delay the process or not.
The main purpose of biometrics is to avoid I-551 stamping in your passport. The moment your approval comes thru, USCIS will order for the plastice card and eliminate I-551 stamping in the passport.
