i485 处理时间疑问

i140和i485去年12月份concurrent file的。现在i140已经批准。要去做fp了。不知道什么时候处理i485。visa bulletin上的处理日期是不是只是决定能不能concurrent file，而不是具体的处理时间。我的意思是i485会不会有可能在priority date之前就能批准呢？有没有先例可以参考啊？
还有我现在是不是算是status pending，就是不需要在维持nonimmigration status 了？律师告诉我不要管nonimmigration status，现在的status 就是status of 485 pending.
还是不确定如果没有维持nonimmigration status，对i485的批准有何影响么？
