已经给签证了的加移民，没落地，怎样withdraw？

我们拿到加签证以后又拿到的德国的身份。由于在德多年，工作在此，不想挪动了。想withdraw，给德的加使馆写了两次信都没反应。那位大虾了解？在此谢了！
