NIW case (unusual)-TSC

Dear friends:

My case is a little bit complicated. I have a Master degree in both Chemistry and Computer Science.

Being tired of waiting for LC(EB3), I applied NIW in Dec 2002 using my Chemistry background.I had one paper published, 10 citations and four recommendation letters. One of my professor mentioned my computer background in his letter.Also, I did provide my current employer and job info on the 140 petition. I am working in a network company as a software engineer. My official job title is: Scientific researcher.(Software design and research).

In Nov 2003, to my suprise that my 140 was approved. I submitted 485 in Dec 2004. As my knowlege, I need to work in Chemistry field to get 485 approved. I am very worried that my 485 might get denied.However, it is very hard to switch to Chmistry field as I am holding H-IB visa.

Is there anyone who has similar experience ? Can anyone let me know how much chances I have to get 485 approved? Thanks.
