Help: Do I need apply for EB3

Hi, my friends,

My NIW was approved on March 7 prepared by myself. I did not expect it would be approved in less than 2 month. My layer is still preparing my EB3 based I140. Is it necessary to apply for another I140? Thanks for your advice.
