Mr. Jacobs gave me template for the reference letter and i put flesh to it, then I asked referrers to modify, tune up, whatever they think necessary and mail back the official one printed on formal letter head, that's it. I know this is the most stressful, time consuming part. For most reference letters, i just listed what i think he/she could say about me and had them finish, for some referrers, i dont know what they would/could write about me, so i just mailed the template from the lawyer to them and all came out pretty decent.
