这是approval notice 吗? 谢谢告知!

今天收到移民局的email如下内容:
Application Type: I485,
On March 9, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

我是因为去年9月递交的: concurrent I140 and I485.我有些迷惑的是我的I140没有任何结果, 以上这个意味着什么呢?
