Priority Date in I-140

My company filed my I-140 three years ago. My I-140 was approved on 10/18/2002 with a priority date 12/24/2001.

Then, the company held my case until early this year, 01/04/2005, to file my I-485. I am pretty surprised to see the blank priority date in my I-485 receipt. Since I am a Taiwanese citizen, I am not sure if the priority date on my I-140 means anything to my I-485 application processing.

Any comment is highly appreciatd....
