请教加拿大移民的问题

我在BUFFALO递的申请,已经体检,但此后迟迟没有消息.
现在要回国工作,但仍想保留加拿大的移民案子,
请问是否要通知BUFFALO?
BUFFALO会不会把案子转到北京?
