It depends on your working place.
If you're working for non-profit institute, then filing fee will be (after 3/8):

$500 + $185for I-129 + fee for I-539 (not sure how much, but you can check on www.uscis.gov)

If your company is profit company but has $500 + $750 + I-129 fee + I-539 fee

Otherwise, $500 + $1500 + I-129 and I-539 fee.

Premium processing will need $1,000 more.
