140 approved so quick

I received 140 receipt on 2/17/05, Approved on 3/7/05.I even can not believe that. My attorney said that it is true. One of my friend received 140 (NIW)receipt on 4/26/05, received denial notice on 2/20/05, the attorney called INS, then the case is reopened, Approved on 3/3/05. It is amazing.
