part-time researcher 申请NIW绿卡问题

首先感谢NIW_2004等朋友对我PREVIOUS POST的答复。 本周收到一个博士后的OFFER，3年的part-time postdoctorate research associate合同， $3500+3000(medical insurance) anual salary without benefits. 请问PART-TIME position 对申请NIW绿卡有多大影响？为了得到H1B(transfer), 必须是full-time position 吗？非常感谢！
