博士后OFFER H1B 问题请教

昨天得到一博士后OFFER，3年的合同期，Part-time Postdoctoral Research Associate. $35000 annual appoint salary. No benefits and compensation. 我现在是H-1B身份。老板在EMAIL里说，在I-129表中写PART-TIME的原因是可以避免给校方交$9000的Administration fees. 我到位后他另给我$3000的Insurance fees. 请问我可以顺利地把H1B transfer过去吗？ 另外Part-time会对我的身份有影响吗？ 非常感谢
