AD = approval date 我们那些朋友中就有一个批了.我们都是EB3,而且还都是来自中国印度的,大家都是差不多时候申请labor certification.
Biometrics到底是为什么我不太清楚, 这是做好以后online update

你I140 approve的话可以申请EAD(employment authoriation)/AP, EAD每年可以renew, 就不用担心H1B.
