A nurse student with F-1 visa

I, a nurse student with F-1 visa will graduate (BS degree in Nursing) this August, and immediately take RN test just after graduation. I wonder how I can begin work at once just after graduation. Apply for H visa or apply for GreenCard ? If apply for H visa, what type of Hisa, and the procedure? If apply for greencard, what is the procedure ? What is the best choice ?
