My I140 (NIW) was filed on July1, 2003 to NSC. I filed my I485 in March, 2004. I have not got anything about my case so far. I checked my Case Status on-line and i found the LUD is Oct. 6 both on my I140 and I485. I called the Servise Center and i was told that the inquiry can not be sent to because the Current Processing Date is July 30, 2003, meaning less than 30 days. It is really suck.
