父母是加拿大绿卡，在美国出生的新生儿随父母返回加拿大

能否享受medicare? 是否需要申请加拿大绿卡？这类case是否算是家庭移民类呢？申请小孩子又要等多久？咨询各位这些问题，是为了安排好新生儿到加拿大后的医疗保险事宜。非常感谢大家的帮忙。
