Self-filed I140 approved atNSC

In my opinion, recommendation letters are very important.

I-140 EB2-NIW filed by myself on 8/27/03;
3 first author papers with 5 citations, total 9 papers with 20 citations.
Participate in three NIH grants, key role in one.
7 recommendation letters (3 prof. 1 associate prof. and 3 assitant Prof.)

During waiting period, Nat Immunol published. I sent one copy to INS on 9/04.
Additional reference date 10/28/04.
Ask for 1. additional evidence to the tests of Matter of New York State Dept of Transportation. 2. copies of all citations and major grant participations.

Reply to the INS with 6 more letters on 1/24/05 (deadline 1/27/05)
This time I can boast my Nature Immunol work.
Approved notice received on 2/25/05.
